As a young child, Paul, was raised in the family masonry and waterproofing business. His father, also Paul, was known to bring young Paul to job sites as early as 3 years old to teach him the process. In addition to always teaching young Paul about building and construction, he also taught him about business. Needless to say, the masonry and waterproofing business is in Paul's blood. Paul took the teaching of his father and has modernized the company to adjust to today's products and construction practices. Paul has always remained true to his father's core business teaching of providing a quality product at a fair price. Paul believes that customers should be treated like family and our biggest source of business is word of mouth referrals. Paul loves his family business, his employees, and his customers.
Jorge Diaz, Project Manager & Estimator
As a project manager, Jorge manages the teams as well as works with each customer for the desired result. Through experience in working with the team for over 5 years, he efficiently manages all customer needs and ensures the job is completed. Jorge strives to keep all operations running smoothly as well as on time and on budget.
